The content of replacement and repairing warranty
Replacement and repairing warranty is only limited to the host machine, packaging and all kinds of connection, software products, technical data and other accessories are not in the scope of replacement and repairing warranty.The warranty period of external wireless antenna and optical fiber head components is 3 months.
If device performance problems occur within 15 days from the purchase of the product and there is no scratches on the outlook, the user can directly replace them with new products. In a free replacement peroid, products can subject to Kang Yishun‘s detection. After confirming the fault, they will be replaced by the same type or the equivalent repaired good quality product.Replaced defective parts belong to Kang Yishun. No defect product will be returned without any change.
Replacement warranty period of the external power supply is 3 months.If there is obvious hard object damage, cracks, broken legs, serious deformation ,power line breakage, disconnection of lines and bare core in re-repaired power, the user can buy them in addition.
When our service institutions provide service for you ,please bring your invoice and product warranty card. If you can not show the above proof, the free warranty period of the product will begin from the production date. If the product is in the range of paid repairing, the same performance problem will enjoy free repairing warranty period of 3 months. Please obtain and retain your certificate of repairing.
The followings are not in the range of replacement warranty:
Product failure or damage resulted from not installing, using ,maintaining and keeping the product according to instructions.
Beyond replacement and repairing warranty period.
Alter and tear up the product‘s bar code arbitrarily.
Product‘s bar code in the product warranty card or model do not match the product itself.
Without Kang Yishun‘ s approval, change the inherent file or disassemble the machine and make a repair arbitrarily.
Unexpected factors or human behaviors lead to damage of the product such as inappropriate input voltage, high temperature, watering, mechanical damage, falling and breaking, severe oxidation or rust etc.
Damage caused by transportation, loading and unloading on the way of the customer‘s sending the product back to repair it.
Product failure caused by force majeure such as earthquake, flood, lightning etc.
Product failure or damage caused by the product‘s design, technology, manufacturing and quality problems .
Repairing method:
1. When failure happens on the product you buy, you can contact our company‘s office or customer service department by purchasing invoice,warranty card and other valid documents directly.
2.Distributors of Wanspri products apply for replacement and repairing warranty service on behalf of the clients. As to the situation of replacing new products in accordance with the stipulations of replacement warranty, the distributors can replace new products for the clients.In other situations, the distributors replace products for the clients after they replace re-repaired spare parts in Kang yishun.
3. The clients or dealers bear the transportation fee of sending re-repaired products to Kang Yishun.KangYishun bears the transportation fee of sending replacement and repairing warrantied products to the client or distributors.

What is wireless AP? how to use it?
When wireless AP,or wireless switcher realizes wireless functions in the existing wired network, it can be used as a wireless AP. The procedures are as follows:
1.When the wireless router is switched to AP mode, all R145 ports are LAN ports;
2.Connect the wireless router R145 port with the cable network router or switcher by lines;
3.Connect the wireless network card in the operating network with wireless router ;
4.Configure the network attributes of wireless network card(Obtain automatically or configure manually.Manual configuration parameters are consistent with wired network segment.
